Nisarga Daundkar is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Design at Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and holds an MFA in UI/UX with a research emphasis, along with a degree in visualization. Her academic journey is complemented by five years of industry experience as a Graphic Designer at an advertising firm in Pune, where she developed strong expertise in visual communication, branding, and creative strategy.

She serves as an Assistant Professor in Graphic Design at SID where she teaches Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Typography, and related design subjects. Committed to academic excellence, Nisarga fosters a supportive, engaging, and intellectually stimulating learning environment that encourages students to explore, innovate, and achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

Her areas of expertise and research interests span User Experience, Interface Design, Design Thinking, Layout and Composition, Typography, and Calligraphy. With a strong research-driven approach, she integrates conceptual thinking with practical application, guiding students through thoughtfully structured academic and design projects. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity in visual language, contextual understanding, and meaningful user engagement.
